In a play for power over East Africa, the Alko have seized operational control of the Shiinyeeri Oil Refinery. They're stealing finished petroleum products for distribution to nearby cells, and the fallout from these thefts is devastating. Sneak onto the property to disable their access to the control system so we can stop these guys cold.
